Zues

Zues is my oldest companion, about 12 years. That makes him a senior citizen I guess. He's a big (20 lb) cat who happens to be very shy. He fears no other animal and almost all humans. He used to go outside until a losing bout with a raccoon last year, now he's an "indoor" cat.

As an update Zues passed on to the "Rainbow Bridge" just prior to our move to Georgia in 2006. I left his mortal remains buried under his favorite tree back in New York and took his memory and spirit with me.
